I am very pleased to report that the general population’s awareness of MSWA as a provider of services and support to those living with all neurological conditions in WA has risen from 72% when we last surveyed people in 2018, to 83%. It shows that the message is getting out there, enabling us to extend our support to more and more people. ‘Metrix’, the independent organisation that performed the survey for us, reported “MSWA is performing strongly overall, surpassing healthcare benchmarks with high values of satisfaction.” MARCUS STAFFORD CEO We also have the wrap up of the Customer Satisfaction Survey in this edition of Bulletin. Please turn the page to see the results. Thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in these surveys for continuing to help us improve. 21
